Welcome to Nouvelle Life Housing and Transitional living.
Making an impact by enriching our community with New Experiences and New Beginnings, saving one child at a time.

Programs
Nouvelle Life Placement and Transitional Living Program offers crucial support to males and females aged 5 to 19 who are either homeless or in state custody in Kansas or Missouri. Many of these young individuals face challenges such as limited adult resources, school disengagement, and a lack of safe, temporary housing that empowers them to make their own choices.
They often struggle with independent living skills, job experience, and transportation. Some may have previously experienced homelessness, while others are teenage parents with minimal parenting skills or support. Additionally, some participants may have intellectual disabilities. Nouvelle Life delivers life skills training in a supervised housing environment for children and young adults dealing with behavioral issues, mental health challenges, or housing instability, providing the essential financial and social support to facilitate their transition into responsible, independent adulthood.
Our committed staff works with hundreds of children and families to ensure they receive the necessary prevention, treatment, and support services to foster healing and resilience for the future.
Volunteer
Volunteers are essential to fulfilling our mission. By dedicating time to our youth, and mentors become inspiring role models. Community groups our facilities through landscaping and painting projects, creating welcoming spaces for our children. Whether you choose to volunteer individually or as part of a group, our volunteer specialist will connect you with an opportunity that aligns with your schedule and.
Typical mentor/mentee activities include playing games, activities, and arts and crafts. Mentors must be at least 21 years old, undergo a background check and drug screening, complete training and orientation, and commit to a six-month engagement.
