My Story
As a Vice Principal Assistant, mentor, community leader, and advocate for youth in inner-city Kansas City, Missouri, I walk in purpose and calling, guided by a deep passion for education and the lives of at-risk children and adolescents. I believe wholeheartedly that every child is created with purpose, deserving of love, guidance, and a safe, nurturing environment where their voice is heard and their potential is cultivated.
Each day, I enter the school not just as a leader, but as a servant—called to uplift, guide, and inspire. I understand leadership not as a title, but as an assignment to pour into others, to be a light, and to help shape the next generation with wisdom, compassion, and truth.
What inspires me most are the moments of awakening—the times when a child begins to see who they truly are and what they are capable of becoming. Whether encouraging a student to find their voice or supporting an educator through challenges, I strive to be a vessel of strength, encouragement, and unwavering faith.
To me, education is a ministry. It goes beyond academics; it is about nurturing hearts, building character, and developing resilient, compassionate individuals who will impact the world. I am committed to leading with integrity, love, and grace, helping to cultivate a spirit of unity and growth within the Kansas City community.
This is more than a profession—it is a divine calling. And I am truly honored to walk alongside each child as they grow into who they were created to be.
